Life is good.
Other than the fact that yesterday was the fourth of july and I got up at eight the morning after. But yesterday was awsome. I went with Stassia, Jack, and Chelsey to watch the fireworks from the convention center, where we met up with Richard. I guess word has it that there were some fifteen thousand people there. But for good reason. The explosions were right above our heads; in fact, some of the burning leftovers were landing no more than 30 feet from us and set the grass on fire. Anyway, we all went our separate ways after, battling the thousands of people to get across the freeway to our cars (which were parked quite a ways away). On the way out, the traffic didn't ley up until we got on to Churn Creek from Cypress if you know where that is. It was great fun.
Plus, I don't think I have posted this yet, but I got 2 new speakers for my ghetto mobile (see previous post). They are 6.5 inch infinity something-or-theothers. The same day Stassia got four new speakers and a new deck. We all installed her speakers for her at James' uncles shop (The back speakers are the best!) but the deck had to have pro. installation for some reason (I blame it on ford). So I had new speakers, she had a new deck that wasn't being used, so I "borrowed" her deck for a day to "test" it out for her. All I can say is... it works! I wish I had taken a picture, it was rad. But anyway, we all decided that we are going to soup up that car, paint it and put some better stuff in it. Like where the engine goes or something... :) Actually, Jack said a new, better placed air intake for starters. Plus I want subs now :) Budget permitting, of course. Pictures as it happens, I assure you!
