it's all gone...

meghan 262: poor dave! first the car, now the bike. you just shouldn't own transportation at all. *tear*

I swear, I must be jinxed now. Last week my stereo got solen out of my car's trunk. Yesterday, I found that my bike was jacked. Yeah, everything that wasn't locked is missing, including the front wheel, handlebars, headset, pedals, etc.. So basically, the front half of my bike.

That was nothing.

I got out of class at eleven today, and as we all know, Blockbuster Video requires thier movies to be returned by the NOON on the third day. Well, it was eleven, that gave me an hour to get to the place, about 10 blocks away. I strolled on over to the "A" lot where my car was parked, and lo and behold, I can't find my car. It wasn't where I left it. I figured I forgot where I parked it, but after going up and down every aisle three times, I was convinced that ghettomobile was not there.

Someone stole my car.

I filed a police report and reported it to my insurance company and all the paperwork and stuff, but it is gone. My car is gone. My mom also informed me that due to the fact that the car wasn't worth much, we didn't have comprehensive insurance, so we get a total of $0.00 from AAA.

To recap:
1. Last week, someone broke into my car and stole about $700 worth of stereo equipment
2. Yesterday, someone jacked the front half of my bike
3. Today, I found that my car was stolen
