Every day I thik that my school gets a little bit better. Not that is was all that bad to begin with, its just that it is improving. I do have a bunch of homework to do tonight, and its getting time towards me having to do it. Anyway, we went on the laptops today again, and it crashed. thats two days out of two so far. I blame it all on xp. Luckily its not the laptop I will be using for the rest of the year. We dont get those till next week.
now, its time to do a something or rather on ben franklins autobiography.

We actually got to use our laptops today. It was amazing. 30 1.6ghz p4 lappys all in the same room. Anyway, I am taking a class okn adobe premiere i found out, using a bunch of g4 mac boxes w/19 inch flat screens and dvd burners. THAT should be fun :) Oh, and one more thing about school... cafeteria food tastes like that phlem in the back of your throat after you drink cranberry juice. It makes me want to throw up.

Second day of school today. We each got a palm m130 to take home. Pretty neat if you ask me. Tomorrow we get to start using the laptops. Played around with the palm after I got home from my spanish class that ends at 5:30. It makes me hate spanish even more now that I am in college :) Our teacher is a bit fruity if you catch my drift, and then there were only 4 kids who showed up, myself included. All boys, by the way. Made the teacher happy :) Anywho, I will catch up with this blog when i have the time...

Today has been the best day in a LOONNG time. Believe it or not, it was the first day of school. If you all remember, I am going to that tech school. Today was not terribly eventful at school, but heres what I know so far: tomorrow they hand out each student a palm m130 full color palm. To keep. Then in a week or two, they hand out each student a laptop. NOt just any lappy, but a gateway. Here are what the specs are rumored to be: Intel p4 1.6ghz, 512 mb (ddr?) ram, 20 gig hdd, dvIN, analog video out, 16x cd-rw/dvd combo drive, and a boatload of other stuff. Anyway, on top of THAT good day, I came home to find a photoshop 7.0 upgrade, and Adobe Premiere 6.5 FULL VERSION!!!!!! That is awsome. For those of you who dont konw, it is a $550-ish video editing program. I am stoked. I can make movies now. Look for a new video of the boat. Anyway, I am on my laptop right now because I am erasing and re-installing the flash rom on my AMD box. It has been acting up lately during startup, and I am pretty sure thats the problem. It takes about an hour, so I am antsy to get ack to premiere... BTW, premeiere came bundles with dvdit 2.5, so it you want a permanent copy of a future film of mine, I can send you a vcd or (hopefully) a dvd rom in the future. For those of you who know cameron and clint, I am supposed to make their music video, and I am aout 10 minutes into our vacation video. THEN, i need to make a ideo of my cousins wedding for which we have 3 or 4 hours of footage that needs to be cut into the space of 30 to 40 minutes, with massive editing. wish me luck.

Well, went to my cabin and got back a few days ago. THat was fun, and we finished painting the entire exterior of it. WHen I got back, i went to Zachs party. As expected, there were three x-boxes networked for massive multiplayer halo games. Also, I went wakeboarding for the first time yesterday morning. It was fun, and I got up first try. I was jumping the wake by my 4th or 5th time up! Billie went with us, and he was pullin back flips and all sorts of mad grabs. There were something like 7 of us in the back of the boat, so it made for quite an awsome wake. Happy Birthday Zach!
Anywho, tomorrow is my first day at my new school, so wish me luck, and hope I have fun, i guess. I'll tell you tomorrow how it goes... Until then, be cool, and get a mullet.

Now that I have my permit, guess what I get to do today? yup. Drivers training. behind the wheel for 2 hours with Joe. Should be a blast. Anyway, after that I am going to my cabin for like a week, so that should be fun. I will be back on friday, then school starts on
In other news, I bought a copy of Adobe Premiere online, and so I will be making moivies before you can say pneumoniaultramicroscopicciliavolkanakoniosis!!! It will be here in 7 to 10 days.

Hey, not much happened today, except that... uh... I FINALLY GOT MY PERMIT!!!!!! It has only been, what? a year an a half? Well, I will have more on this later, but for now, I am going to enroll in drivers training... you're jealous, I know.

Save me from heat. The heat is near unbearable. It is forecasted to be 112 degrees. My mom went to sacramento for the day, leaving my sister and I alone to fend off the heat by staying inside all day doing nothing. It is so bad my dad called from his work, JUST to tell us it was okay if we turned on the AC for a bit. (see yesterdays blog).
Anyway, now that I have complained, I can get on with my life. I went to Scotts 16th birthday party yesterday. He is the coolest guy in the world. It was funny seeing the effect a car has on your life. he is a sophomore, so naturally, he invited about 20 of them, then 5 juniors, myself included. there were 4 cars out in front of the house (I dont drive yet), and then, at 9PM ON THE DOT, a bajillion parents came to get their kids. It was pretty funny. Speaking of cars, We ALL know i dont drive yet despite my sixteen-ness. I dont even have my permit. I went to go take the test 2 days ago, and missed only 1 question. However, I am blind as a bat. They wouldnt give me the piece of paper until I get a vision test. How dumb is that. I have one scheduled for thursday at 1:30. By January, I may be able to finally have the freedom every American over 16 should have. For now, I will go stand in a corner and pout.

You know, its funny. My uncle left today, and with him lift the AC in our house. He lives in San Jose, you see, so he is not used tho the heat we all have up here in Redding, so my parents turned on the AC for him so he could sleep at night, and just be more comfortable. However, the day he leaves, my parents turn it off. It is supposed to be 108 today according to the paper, and we kids get no AC. Screw the power crisis, I'm HOT!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. netflix is the best thing to happen to DVD's since the invention of the DVD. (hows that for being deep?) It actually is pretty cool. Can you tell I just added a few movies to my rental queue?
Anyway, Today is another hot day in good ol redding californee-ee. then again, what day is NOT another hot one? Ahhhh. I am going insane living with my sister in the house and her hogging all my bandwidth to use her little AIM Heres what I think about AIM:

Yeah, unless you actually talk online, it is pretty much useless, and if you really want to talk to me, call me.

I have been so busy the last few weeks its not even funny. Lets see... its been a while since I said anything useful on this blog. Heres a recap:
I got back from colorado on the 23rd of july, painted our cabin the next few days after that, then I had some rest, then our company started coming. My aunt and uncle came down from oregon and stayed for a bit, then my other uncle came up from LG, and is still here. On top of that, a family just left today to go back to their home in SF. They have 4 kids under the age of 10 or so.
Other than that, my sister was also here for a few days, so I got to enjoy her company. Also, we got rid of our dog a few days ago. one day he was here, and the next day he wasn't. i guess my dad had had the last straw, because he just was gone. more on that if i can get my parents to talk about it :\
oh, and billie, if you read this, you suck. Thanks alot for getting over here so fast. :) the offers still on though.
Anyway, my life should be getting back to normal again if you all want to get together and do something or something like that. gimme a call.

well, its been a while, but I am here. I dont really have the time right now to tell anybody anything, but I will be back in a bit. My aunt and uncle are over from oregon right now, and I have to be a guest, so yeah. ahhhhh
